    Lostwithiel Riverside Walk, Lostwithiel PL22 OBS Park along the quayside in Lostwithiel, where there is no charge. With your back to the river ACCESSIBLE WALKS IN follow the road to your left, this is an ideal spot for a short stroll (15-20mins) tracking the River Fowey as it meanders through Coulson Park and then Shirehall Moor. The well defined SOUTH EAST CORNWALL path is suitable for wheelchairs and prams up until the start of the moor where it then narrows. In Coulson Park you’ll find a fenced children’s play area and picnic benches dotted along the route. Retrace your steps back to the beginning of the walk Cadsonbury Riverside Walk, Newbridge, nr Callington Take the A390 road from Liskeard to Callington. The road drops into a river valley and crosses a bridge at a place called Newbridge. Immediately before the bridge turn right along a small country lane, to a small National Trust car park about 100 metres on the right. From the car park there is a short level walk, suitable for all ,along good surfaces, that follows the wide shallow River Lynher. As the footpath ends you can either retrace your route alongside the river or follow the peaceful country lane back to the car park. For the more active, there are wonderful far reaching views from the top of Cadsonbury Hill Fort, an impressive iron age fortification. Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, Torpoint PL10 1HZ The multi-use trail at Mount Edgcumbe Country Park is designed for cyclists, walkers and riders to share. The trail is also accessible for wheelchair users.

L Bodgara Numbers in the text refer to the detailed route map on page 2.) ake Lane Mill To Town Bodgara Centre Bridge This walk starts and finishes at “Table Table” Morrison’s restaurant, next to the Premier Inn to the south east of Liskeard. Crossing fields and stiles, it drops down to the River Seaton, climbing back Table up from Bodgara Mill to head along Lake Lane Table and back through woodland to its starting point. Restaurant Pope’s Mill Turn right out of the “Table Table” car park and, on the Tencreek Route of A Farm 1 3 opposite side of the road, you will find a small stile walk 4 8 leading into a field. Cross the stile and head across the Roads field, towards the gate 2 diagonally to your right on the Footpaths opposite side.     Lanlivery Neighbourhood Plan Pre- Submission Draft November 2016 Pre-Submission Lanlivery Neighbourhood Plan Forward The 2011 Localism Act set the condition by which Neighbourhood Plans could be created by local communities. In this document, commissioned by the Parish Council and consulted on with the people of Lanlivery, we have demonstrated the aspirations of our local community. The Lanlivery Neighbourhood Plan (LNP) reflects a systematic approach by the people of this Parish to actively support sustainable development, where it is best placed to be delivered. It identifies the future housing needs for Lanlivery to ensure that we support growth but in a way that ensures that important services and the infrastructure are not overstretched and the qualities of the landscape and heritage are protected. As the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) states the planning system is to: “be genuinely plan-led, empowering local people to shape their surroundings, with succinct local and neighbourhood plans setting out a positive vision for the future of the area.” The intention is to develop a Plan that is in line with the NPPF; whilst at the same time is in keeping with the Parish of Lanlivery and the proven aspirations of the parishioners. Whilst some of the policies/restrictions in this document are also found in the NPPF and the Local Plan, this Neighbourhood Plan seeks to reinforce them as is appropriate for this rural Parish.
