Detainees on Electronic Monitoring by Lead Charge and Length of Current EM Stay As of June 14, 2021 Detainees on Electronic Monitoring by Lead Charge and Length of Current EM Stay as of June 14, 2021 Charge Description: Brief description of the criminal statute the detainee is charged with violating. This information is limited and frequently does not provide a complete picture of the charges and cases the inmate may have faced. This information is provided to CCSO via a Mittimus document from the Clerk of the Circuit Court, which may not include all charges associated to a specific case. The official source for all charges and related information is the Clerk of the Circuit Court, as CCSO’s offender management system is limited to Mittimus information. Length of Current EM Stay: Defined as the number of consecutive days that the detainee has been held on Cook County Sheriff's Electronic Monitoring (EM), as of the date of this data. The detainee may have spent some time in Sheriff's Custody in the jail for additional days prior to being placed on EM, but this length of stay definition reflects only continuous time on EM and does not include any time the detainee previously spent in jail on their current booking. This was the historical period when political and economic special interest groups were able to aggressively use the federal government to enact public policy designated to “alter or reshape the cultural milieu of the vanquished Southern state.” The University had its beginning in the Texas Constitution of 1876 which, in separate articles, established an “Agricultural and Mechanical College” and pledged that “Separate schools shall be provided for the white and colored children, and impartial provisions shall be made for both.” As a consequence of these constitutional provisions, the Fifteenth Legislature established “Alta Vista Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas for Colored Youth” on August 14, 1876.

The List will be used in sequence to fill Los Angeles/Long Beach’s need for new casuals. The Joint Port Labor Relations Committee (JPLRC) shall immediately process all ranked applicants from the list after which the list shall be terminated. Any names not initially drawn shall be purged from the process and individuals shall have no rights to consideration for casual application but shall be afforded equal opportunity with others, should a new list be established. Those to whom processing may be offered will be contacted if and when they will be offered testing for potential casual work. Make sure you read and understand the full Disclaimer stated below. Submitting a postcard, interest card, or application, having a card selected in a draw, having a card sequenced and placed on a posted List, being contacted for testing/processing, and the stated procedures for casual processing do not offer or guarantee processing, employment or continued employment, particular procedures (including testing or retesting) or promotion. No reliance should be placed upon any of these steps, none of which forms a contract or creates any binding obligations upon PMA or ILWU towards you. The parties to the governing collective bargaining agreement (the “Pacific Coast Longshore Contract Document,” PCLCD), through the JPLRCs may, by joint agreement and in their discretion, at any time without notice, change or revoke the procedures for hiring, promotion, and employment in the longshore industry.
