SHRIMP CREOLE i> Mb. laree shrimp, cleaned and Pinch each of rosemary, paprika, •A- cooked thyme 3 tbsp. butter Small bay leaf 1 cup chopped onion Vo tbsp. sugar BAKED CLAMS AND CORN % cup chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. sugar Vb cup diced celery (Optional) 'A tsp. crushed red 1 7 ounce can minced clams Milk 1 clove garlic, fine cut pepper 3 beaten eggs 1 cup cream style corn 1 tsp. salt 2 cups canned tomatoes 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley Frozen Seafoods '/4 tsp. pepper 3 cups hot cooked rice 2 tbsp chopped ripe olives 2 tbsp. butter or margarine Saute pepper, onion, garlic and celery in melted butter until tender. Add Vb tsp. salt melted Halibut Perch Fillets seasonings, sugar, parsley, hot pepper and tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce 1 cup ready-to-eat cereal 2 drops Tobasco sauce Swordfish Fillets Smelt heat and simmer for 15-i8 minutes. Add shrimp; heat thoroughly. Serve on Sole Breaded Fillets Haddock Fillets hot rice. A servings. Drain clam liquid into measuring cup; add milk to make 1 cup; put In Red Snapper Oysters mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, except cereal. Add clams. Mix Whiting Fish Langostina Lobster Tails together. Grease IVb qt. casserole; pour in clam-corn mixture. Slightly Shrimp, green, peeled, deveined, Fish Cakes crush cereal and sprinkle over top. Bake in moderate oven (375° F.) until breaded, stuffed Trout SCALLOPED SALMON AND LIMA BEANS'^ "custard" is firm, about 45 minutes. Serves 5 to 6. Fish sticks, breaded Lobsters, tails and whole 1 e ounce can salmon Scallops, plain and breaded lobsters Milk 1 No. 2 can or 1 12 ounce pkg. Salmon (steaks or smoked) Crab, whole crahs, crabmeat, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine frozen lima beans deviled crabmeat 1 tsp. salt

1 2 ounce can sliced mushroom 1 7 ounce can tuna buttons 1 can condensed cream of Ub cups soft breadcrumbs mushroom soup 1 tbsp. chopped pimiento 1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Va tsp. salt 2 beaten eggs

Arrange 2 rows of mushroom slices on bottom of greased loaf pan. Add remainder of mushrooms to rest of ingredients. Mix well. Put mixture in pan. Bake in moderate oven (375° F.) 45 minutes, until firm. Serves 6.
