cient British heraldr~, among the Knights of the Round Table,in the time of King Arthur. Lieut.Francis (2) Peabody, (son of John(l), was born in Hertford­ shire, England-in St. Albans-, 1614. He came to the colonies in 1635 in the ship, "Planter", with Hicholas Fer2ie, mariner. He is on the

Mass. Rolls as II husbandman, age 21." He went first to IPSVlich;then in 1638 he went to Hampton with twelve others, who were proprietors
