Download at www.dropbox.com onto your desktop and/or laptop. Can download to Mac and PC. Will allow you to sync all your files online. Free account for 2GB. 50GB for 9.95 month and 100GB for 19.95 month. It will create a folder on your computer. On a Mac it will be on the bar at top On PC , it will be at the bottom 2. Download the app to your iPad from iTunes 3. Files which you choose will then be available to all the computers that have Dropbox installed Storing with Dropbox Save your document to the Dropbox Folder where you created the document. If you wish to share the document with others can save in Public Folder Otherwise save to main folder NOTE: If you want to save a file on your desktop as well, you need to save it a second time Finding the Document • Go to any other device with Dropbox • Open the App and it will update ALL devices with any changes • It will show when documents were last updated Opening the Document • You cannot work on Documents in Dropbox • It is for storage only but you can open it in other apps to make changes or viewing. • Open the document you want to work on and choose which app you want to use.
