Christopher Bloem graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2011 with a BEng in Civil Engineering. After graduating he started his career with Steffanutti Stocks Civils, with whom he had a study bursary. Jandré de Beer Graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2011 with a BEng in Civil Engineering.

He started his career in 2012 with CIVILCONSULT where he was involved in the design and site supervision of numerous civil infrastructure projects and residential township developments. Ken Wright graduated cum laude from the University of Johannesburg NOTEWORTHY PROJECTS in 2007 with a BEng in Civil Engineering. After graduating he started working with Murray and Roberts Construction, with whom he had a study bursary. He worked as a site engineer on the Melrose Arch Diepsloot Sewer Outfall; Nicolway Shopping Centre, Bryanston; Grosvenor Corner Ph2, Rosebank; Renault precinct development. & Nissan Dealerships, Rustenburg; 8 Melville Rd, Illovo; The Majestic, Newtown; American Schools, Jhb & Pta; Maemo Dealership, Rustenburg; Kia and Renault, Zambesi; Bathrrom Bizarre Zambesi; Tyres and In May 2008 he joined L&S Consulting as a junior engineer.
