Once you see this young man perform you could actu- ally believe that he could have come into the world teaching how to play a guitar and, by the way he plays these days, one may have been lead to think he really did. Tyler’s interest in music started early. Whether it was taking note to the way Elvis sang and moved, or sitting in front of his Papaw Booker for hours as he played the guitar, Tyler was mesmerized by music. At the age of four he told his mother that he would learn how to play. At age seven, Tyler received his very first electric guitar for Christmas, and the following year, his first acoustic guitar came into the picture. His family played an impor- tant role in helping him along. Tyler's fate was decided and his interest in music only grew stronger. Influences for Tyler include, Alan Haynes, Roosevelt Twitty, Wes Jeans, Jimi Hendrix, , Yo Mama. Tyler was born here in Texas on the 24th of February 1991. If Tyler were to write his bio, it would simply say; “I Love Music!” His band includes Ben Alsup on bass and Andy Alsup on drums. PAGE 31
