Blackstone River Extensive network of approximately 1,000 Blackstone Headwaters Coalition members throughout the watershed. Have Watershed Association multiple stormwater outreach programs. Have Blackstone River Watershed Council/Friends of presented stormwater programs to 10 of the the Blackstone 13 MA municipalities in the watershed and to Blackstone River Coalition several RI municipalities.
