As a special bonus for the first time ever, all participants are entered to win a brunch for two at the award-winning Parker’s Restaurant at the Omni Parker House. Tickets are $29 for adults and $19 for children and include a $1 donation to the Freedom Trail Foundation’s Preservation Fund. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance. The Freedom Trail Historic Holiday Stroll may also be booked as a private family or group tour. “The Freedom Trail Historic Holiday Stroll brings history to life and is an ideal holiday tradition,” said Suzanne Taylor, Freedom Trail Foundation Executive Director. “Reminiscent of the 19th-century ‘A Christmas Carol’, the Stroll invites visitors to experience Boston’s historic sites while learning about our rich holiday tradition.” The Freedom Trail Foundation continued to offer daily public Walk Into History Tours throughout the season and during the winter months. Additionally, the Freedom Trail’s Historic Pub Crawl, all about fermenting revolution in Boston’s 18th-century drinking establishments, which must be booked by reservation, is offered weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. All Freedom Trail tours are available as private family or group tours by reservation. For reservations and more information please call 617.357.8300.
