Construction Update May 2021 Century Spire curtain wall 81% installed Century Spire tower’s glass façade installation has reached 81 percent, covering up to the roof deck areas. Target completion of the glass façade installation is in September 2021. Jangho is installing 33,594 square meters of Unitized and Semi-unitized Curtain Wall System with Insulated Glass Units, and a Storefront Curtain Wall System with glass canopies at the Ground level. Jangho is behind the curtain wall systems of the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, The Land Mark of Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia’s tallest tower, CMA. Building interior works including masonry, plumbing and electrical installation in all floors, with 13 elevators already installed. The target start of turnover for Century Spire offices and residential units is in December 2021. The tower has a total of 56 physical floors. Century Spire is developed by Century City Development Corporation under Century Properties Group, Inc. and is located within the masterplanned community of premium high rises in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
