Eastman School of Music of the TECHNOLOGY CENTER OF DUPAGE (TCD) University of Rochester Technology Center of DuPage is a Career Technical Education (CTE) campus for 24 high schools in DuPage County, IL. TCD offers a roster of intermediate-level Elmhurst College elective career programs for juniors and seniors.
