With the Town's support, I was privileged to participate in the 2015 Ontario Good Roads Association (OGRA) and Rural Ontario Municipal Association (ROMA) Combined Annual Conference. The conference was held in Toronto from Sunday, February 22,2015 to Wednesday, 25,2015.

The 2015 OGRA-ROMA Combined Conference brought together approximately 2,500 municipal leaders from across Ontario to discuss topics of local, provincial, national and international importance. Its aim was to reinvigorate public debate about how Ontario's 444 municipalities will respond to the challenges and opportunities that will define the 21st Century.

Ref.: Street light upgrade for the Town of Bracebridge

Dear Lori,

We learned about your plans of implementing a town wide retrofit of the existing street lights based on single sourcing.

We are kindly requesting Council to consider a proposal from our firm for the aforementioned project as we are confident that our proposed solutions will meet your requirements with superior performance and at a competitive price.

Accendo Electronics Ltd., is an Ontario based corporation spedalizing in design, development and manufacture of energy saving lighting products using LED and DI-IIDTM (Digital High Intensity Discharge) technologies.

Our recent street light retrofit projects in the City of Port Hope and Niagara Falls included close to 2000 heads resuting in a significant energy saving. Both projects were completed on time, products delivered in 4-6 weeks. All of our products qualify for OPA rebates.

Furthermore we offer favorable financial terms thus enabling the Town of Brace bridge to undertake the project without the use of any capital from the reserve funds. In fact the installation can be cash positive to the Town as Accendo is prepared to contribute a small portion of the energy saving to the Town of Bracebridge.

Trusting our request will meet your approval and on behalf of Accendo, I am looking forward to your favorable reply.

Sincerely,

Les Poroszlay, President 905-475-1788 ext. 24 Mob.: 416-409-1948 www.accendoelectronics.com
