Kids will love the family room tucked down in the lower level that directly walks outside. This is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is 20 minutes from Waterville valley, 30 minutes from Loon and Cannon mountains and 50 minutes from Bretton woods. There is a multimillion-dollar recreation center with 2 indoor heated pools, 1 outdoor pool heated, 2 spas (1 outdoor and 1 indoor) lockers, a saunas and a gym. 2 passes for the recreation centre are also included with the property. The place normally rents between $250- 400 per night depending on the season. There are beds for 13 people but it has a loft that could easily sleep a couple of kids more with sleeping bags.
