Tuesday 10th August 2021 – October 2021 – the main road B2027 will be closed near Causeway between Hampkins Hill Road and Camp Hill (for works by SES Water)

Approaching Bore Place from the west/north west should be unaffected.

For vehicles approaching Bore Place from the direction of /the east there will be an official diversion in place, marked with signage on the roads, which will direct traffic down to Ashurst and then up to Edenbridge and back through and . Larger vehicles should take this route – further information can be found at one.network For normal vehicles a shorter route would be via Weald Village – please see attached map for possible routes. But please be aware that this route includes narrow country lanes, you may prefer to take the official signposted diversion instead.

Approaching Bore Place from the south is possible via Chiddingstone Village and Mill Lane. As per the Weald Village route mentioned above - please be aware that this route includes narrow country lanes - you may prefer to join the official signposted diversion near Ashurst instead.

Please allow extra time for your journey and please be aware that the country lanes may become quite congested, particularly after the schools go back in September.
