The entrance to the driveway is not visible until the last moment when approaching from the east. There is parking space for up to 5 cars outside the cottage. The Glasgow - Fort William bus stops on request at the junction of the A82 and the resort access road Accommodation Two rooms up steep stairs with 4 beds each; one room downstairs with bunk bed; 10 beds in all; mattresses and pillows provided - bring sleeping bag Facilities Electric lighting & cooking; microwave; fridge in the summer; utensils provided; solid fuel fires in sitting room & kitchen, fuel provided; WC and shower; drying room; private water supply Charges £10.00/person/night; £8.00 for members of clubs with reciprocal rights. From car park follow marked footpath to hut Accommodation Up to 16 in 2 bedrooms with alpine style sleeping platforms (mattresses provided, sleeping bags required). Turn off the A82 at Torlundy, cross the railway bridge then turn immediately R on to the forestry road. Follow this road for about half a mile. The car park is on the L and is just after the L-hand bend in the road. A path leading to the hut leaves the car park. (2) From Achintee by the Ben Nevis path (the 'tourist path') to Lochan Meall an t'Suidhe. Skirt the base of the Carn Dearg cliffs to reach the Allt a'Mhuillin leading to the hut Accommodation 24 places: 18 plus 6 reserved for SMC members in winter and 2 in summer. Bookings for other clubs - maximum 8 per club in winter and 12 in summer; minimum 3 in winter and 2 in summer. (2) Bookings may be made no more than 1 year in advance, e.g. in Jan. 2019 for Jan. 2020. (3) Bookings are based as follows: Weekends = Friday & Saturday nights, Weekdays = Sunday - Thursday. (4) All bookings in winter (December - April) must be paid for in full with no refund. At all other times a non-refundable deposit is required.
