SATURDAY SETUP CHECKLIST (can be done any time Friday or on Saturday before 3 p.m.)

 Wicker basket/stands for individual cup disposal

setup for individual cup only – on communion table center front in church o Wine: 4 trays of individual cups (36 cups wine, 4 cups grape juice in each) o Wafers: 1 bread (silver serving plate) and pyx (silver storage container) o 4 cloth napkins o 1 to cover the bread and wine o 2 full trays of individual cups in reserve on the counter

 2 oil candles on the (plus 2 reserve candles filled on Sacristy counter)

 Correct liturgical parament color and matching banner

 Altar flowers (and standard flowers, if needed)

SATURDAY REFRESH CHECKLIST (after 5:30 service)

 Wicker basket/stands for individual cup disposal – dispose of used cups and place fresh paper drip towels

 Full communion setup for Sunday o Wine: 6 trays of individual cups (36 cups wine, 4 cups grape juice in each) on communion table in church o 2 flagon (large silver wine pitchers) o 2 (common communion cups) o Wafers: 2 bread paten (silver serving plate) and 2 pyx (silver storage container) o 4 fresh cloth napkins o 2 to cover bread and wine o 2 full trays of individual cups in reserve on the Sacristy counter

 Oil candles on the altar (switch the full reserve candles for the ones used in 5:30 service) SUNDAY REFRESH CHECKLIST (after 8:00 service)

 Wicker basket/stands for individual cup disposal – dispose of used cups and place fresh paper drip towels

 Refresh/refill full communion setup o Wine: 6 trays of individual cups (36 cups wine, 4 cups grape juice in each) in church on communion table o 2 flagon (large silver wine pitchers) o 2 (common communion cups) o Wafers: 2 bread paten (silver serving plate) and 2 pyx (silver storage container) o 4 fresh cloth napkins o 2 veils to cover bread and wine o 1 full tray of individual cups in reserve on the Sacristy counter

SUNDAY CLEANUP CHECKLIST (after 10:30 service or any time later on Sunday)

 Store wicker basket/stands for individual cup disposal in Sacristy

 Clear full communion setup from the altar o Store unused wafers in plastic sleeves or Ziploc bags o Wine in chalices is disposed down sink drain o Wine in pitchers and individual cups is funneled back into the wine bottles o Wash chalices, pitchers and individual trays in warm soapy water; dry thoroughly with cloth or paper towels. Place communion ware in protective cloth bags/covers and place individual cup trays on lower cabinet shelves. o Take home and launder any stained cloth napkins (and veils if stained); return them next time you come to church (be sure to return them before the next communion weekend) o Replace electric candelabra on the altar o Place oil candles on Sacristy counter to be refilled by next Saturday team

 Distribute fresh altar flowers if members come to pick them up
