I understand your request to be as follows: Regarding land referred to as "Granada Fields / Windsor Park - Land to rear of Anson Road / Windsor Road – reference DNW09-TAM" on Greater Manchester Spatial Framework. 1. Please could you provide a full and complete list of all external third party companies that Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council (TMBC) have been in discussions with in relation to potential development of the above Protected Green Space (Under TMBC UDP OL4). 2. Please provide full details of all financial payments including past transactions, present transactions and future planned transactions between TMBC and Wainhomes, in relation to potential development of this Protected Green Space above 3. Please provide full details of all financial payments including past transactions, present transactions and future planned transactions between TMBC and any other private companies relating to potential development of this Protected Green Space (DNW09- TAM). 4. Please provide details of any discussions and meetings between TMBC and Denton West Cricket Club, Windsor Park, Dane Bank including dates, attendees, and the nature of discussions in relation to potential development of the above Protected Green Space. 5. Please provide details of any discussions and meetings between TMBC and Denton West AFC (AKA Denton Boys Club) Dane Bank including dates, attendees, and the nature of discussions in relation to potential development of the above Protected Green Space. 6. Please confirm that lease agreements relating to the above land between TMBC and any current occupants of the land are not transferable. 7. Please provide full details of all expense so far incurred by TMBC as a consequence of it's efforts to dispose of the Protected Green Space detaied above. 8. Please provide full details of how, where and when TMBC has fulfilled it's "pre-planning" obligations under it's own local planning policy to discuss this proposed development with the community other than the visits to the above clubs. Please find response to your request below: 1. Wain Homes Planit Intelligent Environments 2. There have been no financial transactions between Tameside Council and Wain Homes. 3. No financial transactions have been made to date by the Council in relation to a potential development. Denton West Cricket Club 4. A meeting took place on 19 May 2016 between the following officers from Tameside Council and Denton West Cricket Club. Ade Alao – Head of Investment & Development Matt Cooper – Estates Manager Roger Greenwood – Leisure Facilities Development Manager The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the levels of engagement with regards to a proposed masterplanning exercise. Denton West AFC 5. A meeting took place on 5 May 2016 between the following officers from Tameside Council and Denton West AFC. Matt Cooper – Estates Manager Damien Bourke – Assistant Executive Director The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a request by the club for an extension to their lease. A further meeting was held on 19 May 2016 between the following officers from Tameside Council and Denton West AFC. Ade Alao – Head of Investment & Development Matt Cooper – Estates Manager Roger Greenwood – Leisure Facilities Development Manager The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the levels of engagement with regards to a proposed masterplanning exercise. 6. Consent of the Council as freeholder is required before the Council’s tenant can transfer its leasehold interests to another party. 7. No expense has been incurred by the Council to date in relation to a proposal for the disposal of the site. 8. There is no proposal, hence there has been no pre-planning activity or meeting undertaken to date and none have been scheduled.
