Our staff judges this year challenged with the “difficult” job of sampling all of the entries were Heron Brown, Kerry Roehr & Ricky 2015 WEEK 26 Velasquez. Thanks to the organizers, judges and all who contributed valuable DIP‐OFF RECIPES vacation time to make our crackers

& chips taste a lot better!

Berkshire By The S’Mores

Ingredients:

3 bags mini marshmallows – divided 1 package semisweet chocolate chips Graham crackers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer 1 package mini marshmallows in pan. Heat until melted. Add chocolate chips. Heat until melted. Add 2 more packages of mini marshmallows. Heat until melted

Serve with graham crackers for dipping.

2016 Week 26 Dip-Off Winner!

Chili Dip

Ingredients:

2 cans Hormel Chili No Beans 1 8 oz. pkg. cheese Jalapenos to taste

Directions:

Combine in a small crock pot or pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Spicy Salsa With A Surprise

Ingredients:

Your favorite salsa Cream cheese, softened

Directions:

Stir and serve

7 Layer Dip By Sara

Ingredients:

Guacamole 1 tub of Refried beans Taco seasoning Green onions Sweet onions Black olives Shredded cheese

Directions:

Layer as follows:

Guacamole Refried Beans & taco seasoning, mixed together Sour cream Shredded cheese Onions Black olives

Serve.

Spicy Lady

Ingredients:

1 lb. spicy sausage 1 lb. cheese Tomatoes Pepper to taste Pete’s Hot Sauce

Directions:

Cook sausage. Melt cheese, stir in sausage and tomatoes. Add spices to taste.

Serve.

Parmechoke

Ingredients:

1 cup parmesan cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 2 cloves minced garlic 1 can chopped & drained artichoke hearts

Directions:

Stir and serve.

BLT Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. crispy bacon 2 tblsp. chopped onion

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together

Serve in lettuce bowl with

Ham Dilled Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups mayonnaise 2 cups sour cream 1 pkg. chopped ham 3 tsp. dill 4 tblsp. minced onion Garlic powder to taste

Directions:

Mix and chill 24 hours before serving.

Tzatziki

Ingredients:

1 seedless cucumber, chopped 2 tblsp. olive oil 1 lemon, juiced 1 tblsp. fresh dill 3 garlic cloves ½ container Cabot plain Greek yogurt Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together & serve.

Taco Dip

Ingredients:

16 oz. container sour cream 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix Shredded lettuce Shredded cheese Tomato, chopped Green onions, chopped Olives Jalapenos

Directions:

Mix sour cream & seasoning mix. Spread on plate or platter. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, then cheese, tomato, and green onions on top. Add olives or jalapenos if desired.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Layered Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

16 oz. sour cream 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing Tomatoes, diced Scallions, diced Orange & yellow peppers, diced Mushrooms, sliced Avocado, diced Black olives Mozzarella or white cheddar cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Mix sour cream & ranch dressing. Spread on a large platter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Layer veggies.

Cover with your favorite white cheese.
