All the selected candidates are directed to report at the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Paschim Medinipur positively by 19-02-2015 (except on holidays) to submit a consent letter for their empanelment as Para-Legal Volunteers. In default, it would be deemed that the selected candidate is not willing to be empanelled with this authority and in such a situation the candidate from the wait-list shall be serially offered with the opportunity to be empanelled as Para-Legal Volunteers under this Authority. At the time of submission of the consent letter, the candidates should also bring his/her original testimonials for verification by this authority. It is also notified that if, even after empanelment, it is found that candidate has any adverse report against him/her, the authority will be at liberty to take necessary decision as deemed fit and proper. This panel shall remain valid for period of one year from the date of this notification or till publication of next advertisement for empanelment of Para- Legal Volunteers by this authority.
