Walkers Jersey LLP Formation - 1 April 2019 ‘Walkers (Jersey) LLP’

Walkers’ Jersey office is pleased to notify clients that we will be trading as ‘Walkers (Jersey) LLP’ effective 1 April 2019, when we will become a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 2017 (the “LLP Law”).

From that date Walkers (Jersey) LLP will also be recognised as a legal services body under Article 17A of the Law Society Law, 2005 and the partners, in accordance with the LLP Law, will generally not be liable for the debts and losses of Walkers (Jersey) LLP.

Please note that all correspondence and invoices issued on or after 1 April 2019 will be in the name Walkers (Jersey) LLP, however, our office address and contact details will remain the same:
