Haryana Tourism Corporation Ltd. (The “Authority”) is inviting agencies for operations of Water Sports (Jet Scooter), Aero Sports (Parasailing) and Aero Sports (Paramotor) at Tikkar Taal, Morni Hills (Panchkula), Haryana as per Annexure IV 2. The Authority invites Tender from eligible Agencies/Individual Operators engaged in operations of Adventure Activities and registered under Ministry of Tourism, Government of Indian Guidelines or registered under Haryana State Government subject to the guidelines issued by Department of Tourism, Govt of Haryana. 3. The requirements & evaluation procedure are mentioned in Section 6 of this Tender document. 4. The prospective Bidders can download the tender document from “http://www.haryanatourism.gov.in or etenders.hry.nic.in” Authorized Signatory 6 | P a g e 2) BACKGROUND, SCOPE AND OTHER INFORMATION Name of Activities: Selection of Operator for Water Sports (Jet Scooter), Aero Sports Adventure Activity (Parasailing) and Aero Sports Adventure Activity (Paramotor) at Tikkar Taal, Morni Hills (Panchkula), Haryana Brief of Activities: HTC intends to develop Adventure Activities at Tikkar Taal, Morni Hills, Panchkula. In order to achieve this, it invites proposals from operator / agency of National and international repute for operating adventure activities on License fees as mentioned in “License Fees” clause 4.22 in this tender document. Adventure activities for the purpose of this tender have been defined as “a commercially operated enterprise that offers adventure activities of Aero sport (Parasailing, Paramotor) and Water Sport (Jet Scooter) for different target groups”. Operate & Manage adventure activity at the location, conforming subject to Haryana State Aero Sport, 2021 & Haryana State Water Sport, 2021 to be notified by State Government and operations, cleanliness, insurance and safety guidelines issued by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. The award to successful bidders would be subject to notification of said rules by the State Government of Haryana. Avail all sanctions, permissions, clearance of Land, no objections, letters of intent, consent, licenses, clearance, approvals etc. at bidder’s own cost before commencement of operations and keep such document effective and in force at all material times throughout the operation period and undertake due updating, subject to changes in procedure/law. Successful bidder will strictly follow the rules and regulations like Equipment care and maintenance, Inspection and Maintenance procedure, SOP and Operating Instructions, Risk Mitigation , Emergency & Rescues, Medical concerns etc issued by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India All safety norms/guidelines as laid down by the State Govt. / Central Govt. from time to time should be followed by the successful bidder. It would be the sole responsibility of the Bidder to prevent any damage to the property, human life, etc. Revenue Collection – successful bidder will have to fix the ticket charges subject to approval from Haryana Tourism Corporation. Maintenance of the entire unit. Avoid unauthorized usage of location and infrastructure.
