The latter, able to edge in and reserved for a half, moved between rivals on the second turn to edge closer, swung outside SILVERBULLETDAY to follow that one approaching the stretch, then finished willingly to be slowly getting to the winner late. THREE RING, forwardly placed along the inside from early, loomed boldly inside the leaders for the final furlong but couldn't offer the needed response. EXTENDED APPLAUSE moved clear soon after the start, raced three or four wide, showed the way until the stretch and weakened. EMANATING, outrun while unhurried and nine or 10 wide on the backstretch, continued wide and improved position while not a threat. ANTAHKARANA, floated out a bit on the first turn while pressing front-running EXTENDED APPLAUSE, held on well for six furlongs and weakened. GRAND DEED, unhurried while outrun early, was checked along the inside when in a bit tight at the five-sixteenths and was never close. UNBRIDLED DELIGHT saved ground to no avail. CONFESSIONAL, floated a bit wide on the first turn by EXTENDED APPLAUSE and ANTAHKARANA, continued well off the inside and tired upon going six furlongs. RAYELLE brushed the side of the gate at the start and was finished by the far turn. Copyright 2009 Equibase Company LLC. All Rights Reserved..
