Air Serbia Presentation AIR SERBIA PRESENTATION BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Introducing Air Serbia • We are proud to introduce Air Serbia, Serbia’s National Airline. Supported by our partner Etihad Airways, we are committed to reinvigorating our national carrier to create an airline that is sustainable and a leader in the region • The Government of Serbia (on behalf of Jat Airways) and Etihad Airways entered into a strategic partnership on 01 AUG 2013. The new ownership structure will compose of 51% by the Serbian Government and 49% by Etihad. Under the agreement, Air Serbia will be formally managed by Etihad for an initial period of 5 years. 2 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Our Fleet (1) • Previous JAT Airways fleet consisted of: 10 x Boeing 737-300 and 4 x ATR 72-200 aircraft • Current Fleet: 8 x Airbus A319 (#8 arrived on 17Sep14) 2 x Airbus A320 4 x Boeing 737-300 (Charters) 2 x ATR 72-500 3 x ATR 72-200 • Future fleet orders: 10 x Airbus A320neo (delivery in 2018-20) 3 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Our Fleet (2) • 8 x A319 aircraft with 8 business class seats and 120 economy class seats. Total seats = 128 • 2 x A320 aircraft with 8 business class seats and 147 economy class seats. Total seats = 155 • ATR72 aircraft with 66 economy class seats 4 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Onboard Air Serbia: Economy Class Ultra Short Haul (flights up to 1 hour): • Guests will enjoy a complimentary cold sandwich, choice of cold beverages and snack bar Short Haul (flights between 1-2 hours) • Guests will enjoy a complimentary cold sandwich, choice of hot and cold beverages and snack bar Short Haul (flights between 2-3 hours): • Guests will enjoy a choice of snacks inspired by Serbian chefs and traditional cuisine, complimentary bar service and hot beverages Medium Haul (Flights longer than 3 hours): • Guests will enjoy a choice of main course meals, complimentary bar service and hot beverages 5 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Onboard Air Serbia: Business Class Ultra Short Haul (flights up to 1 hour): • Guests will enjoy a choice of 3 snacks inspired by Serbian cuisine Short Haul (flights between 1-2 hours) • Guests will enjoy a main course and hot beverages Short Haul (flights between 2-3 hours): • Guests will enjoy a choice of 3 main courses, complimentary bar service, hot beverages and a refreshment. Inflight Entertainment • Guests will have access to iPads and noise cancelling headsets. A choice of 4 Hollywood movies (all with Serbian subtitles), 20 TV programmes, 48 audio CDs and 10 games 6 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Food and Beverage Air SERBIA’s on-board service proposition will reflect the best of Serbia, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in both cabins with an emphasis on guest service • Catering will be tailored to both the time of day and the length of the flight and will feature local produce and ingredients 7 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Cabin Crew Air SERBIA’s cabin crew have don newly designed uniforms that will accentuate the new brand and instil a sense of pride • Air SERBIA cabin crew must graduate from the Etihad training academy in Abu Dhabi – great synergy of the partnership 8 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Air Serbia & Etihad Guest • Integration of JAT Airways’ old FFP Extra Flight Club into Etihad Airways’ award winning Etihad Guest program. • Own cobranded Air Serbia/ Etihad Guest to be promoted • Air Serbia guests are be able to earn Etihad Guest Miles on ~700 Air Serbia and ~3,000 Etihad flights. • When it comes to redeeming their Etihad Guest Miles, members can choose from a wide variety including Air Serbia and Etihad Airways flights and more than 7,000 non-flight rewards from over 250 partners on the Etihad Guest Reward Shop 9 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE AIR SERBIA NETWORK (REGIONAL) ZAG TIA Regional Destinations: Ljubljana (Slovenia), Pula, Dubrovnik, Split (Croatia), Banja Luka, Sarajevo (Bosnia), Tivat, Podgorcia (Montenegro), Skopje (Macedonia), Thessaloniki, Athens (Greece), Budapest (Hungary), Sofia, Varna (Bulgaria), Bucharest (Romania). Tirana (Albania) commenced 23Sep14 and Zagreb (Croatia) to commence 12Dec14.
