reinvigorating our national carrier to create

an airline that is sustainable and a leader in the region

• The (on behalf of ) and entered into a strategic partnership on 01 AUG 2013. The new ownership structure will compose of 51% by the Serbian Government and 49% by Etihad. Under the agreement, Air Serbia will be formally managed by Etihad for an initial period of 5 years.

2 BRANDING STATUS UPDATE Our Fleet (1)

• Previous JAT Airways fleet consisted of:

 10 x 737-300 and  4 x ATR 72-200 aircraft

• Current Fleet:  8 x (#8 arrived on 17Sep14)

 2 x Airbus A320

 4 x -300 (Charters)  2 x ATR 72-500  3 x ATR 72-200

• Future fleet orders:  10 x Airbus A320neo (delivery in 2018-20)

• 8 x A319 aircraft with 8 business class seats and 120 economy class seats. Total seats = 128

• 2 x A320 aircraft with 8 business class seats and 147 economy class seats. Total seats = 155

Ultra Short Haul (flights up to 1 hour): • Guests will enjoy a complimentary cold sandwich, choice of cold beverages and snack bar

Short Haul (flights between 1-2 hours) • Guests will enjoy a complimentary cold sandwich, choice of hot and cold beverages and snack bar

Short Haul (flights between 2-3 hours): • Guests will enjoy a choice of snacks inspired by Serbian chefs and traditional cuisine, complimentary bar service and hot beverages

Ultra Short Haul (flights up to 1 hour): • Guests will enjoy a choice of 3 snacks inspired by Serbian cuisine

Short Haul (flights between 2-3 hours): • Guests will enjoy a choice of 3 main courses, complimentary bar service, hot beverages and a refreshment.

Inflight Entertainment • Guests will have access to iPads and noise cancelling headsets. A choice of 4 Hollywood movies (all with Serbian subtitles), 20 TV programmes, 48 audio CDs and 10 games

Food and Beverage

Air SERBIA’s on-board service proposition will reflect the best of Serbia, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in both cabins with an emphasis on guest service • Catering will be tailored to both the time of day and the length of the flight and will feature local produce and ingredients

Air SERBIA’s cabin crew have don newly designed uniforms that will accentuate the new brand and instil a sense of pride • Air SERBIA cabin crew must graduate from the Etihad training academy in – great synergy of the partnership

• Integration of JAT Airways’ old FFP Extra Flight Club into Etihad Airways’ award winning Etihad Guest program.

• Own cobranded Air Serbia/ Etihad Guest to be promoted

• Air Serbia guests are be able to earn Etihad Guest Miles on ~700 Air Serbia and ~3,000 Etihad flights.

• When it comes to redeeming their Etihad Guest Miles, members can choose from a wide variety including Air Serbia and Etihad Airways flights and more than 7,000 non-flight rewards from over 250 partners on the Etihad Guest Reward Shop

• The new Brand campaign, was launched as part of Air Serbia’s 1st anniversary celebrations on 27 October 2014. • It promotes the natural beauty of Serbia and the fresh, distinctive flavours of its cuisine. The campaign also highlights Belgrade with a rich history and a vibrant nightlife, and promotes Air Serbia as an airline that exemplifies service and quality.

• Air Serbia also became a member of the Etihad Airways Partners, a new brand which brings together like-minded to offer customers more choice through improved networks and schedules and enhanced frequent flyer benefits
