PRESS RELEASE

The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) at its 881/27.5.2020 meeting decided:

 To approve the request of the company "ANDROMEDA SEAFOOD SOCIEDAD LIMITADA" for the exercise of the squeeze out rights on the shares of "SELONDA Aquaculture SA", according to article 27 of the Law 3461/2006.

 To approve the request of the company "ANDROMEDA SEAFOOD SOCIEDAD LIMITADA" for the exercise of the squeeze out rights on the shares of "NIREUS AQUACULTURE S.A. ", according to article 27 of the Law 3461/2006.

 To approve the request of the company "ΑΝΤΚΑΡ Monoprosopi S.A. " for the exercise of the squeeze out rights on the shares of "KARATZIS S.A." according to article 27 of the Law 3461/2006.

 To impose a total fine of € 17,000 on "Piraeus Bank", as the successor of the Agricultural Bank of Greece SA for the infringement of articles 5 (par. 1 and 2), 8 (par. 1 and 2), 16 (par. 1 and 2), 17 (par. 1 (b)) of the Decision of the Board of Directors of the HCMC with no. 1/452/1.11.2007 and article 25 (par. 5 and 6) of Law 3606/2007, and the provisions of Articles 13 (par. 1) and 14 of no. 1/452 / 1.11.2007 of the Decision of the Board of Directors of the HCMC with no. 1/452/1.11.2007, during the provision of investment services to its clients.

 To impose a total fine of € 8,000 on "Piraeus Bank" for the infringement of articles 5 (par. 1 and 2), 8 (par. 1 and 2), 16 (par. 1 and 2) of the decision of the Board of Directors of the HCMC 1/452/1.11.2007 and of article 25 (par. 5 and 6) of Law 3606/2007 and articles 13 (par. 1) and 14 of the decision of the Board of Directors of the HCMC 1/452/1.11.2007, during the provision of investment services to its clients.

 To impose a total fine of € 5,000 on the company "AGRICULTURAL HOUSE SPYROS" for the infringement of article 13 (par. 3) of Law 3340/2005, as in force, due to non- reporting to the HCMC of an updated list of obligated persons specified in the relevant provisions.

 To impose a fine of € 5,000 on the company "FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP" for the infringement of article 45 (par. 1) of Law 4443/2016, due to non-reporting to the HCMC of an updated list of par. 5 of article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014.

 To impose a total fine of € 4,000 on the "CYPRUS BANK PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY" for the infringement of article 20 (par. 1) of the decision of the Board of Directors of the HCMC 1/452/1.11.2007, during the provision of investment services to its clients.

 To impose a fine of € 3,000 on Mr. Simon Menahem for the infringement of the notification obligations provided by Law 3556/2007, due to a late announcement of the change of his participation percentage in all the voting rights of the company "ETHNIKI PANGAEA A.E.Ε.Α.P. ".

 To impose a fine of € 3,000 on "CRYSTAL ALMOND Holdings Limited" for the infringement of the notification obligations provided by law 3556/2007, due to a late announcement of the change of its participation percentage in all the voting rights of the company "FORTHNET S.A."
