From the Mayor’s desk December Commission Meeting We began our meeting with a presentation of appreciation to the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 957. The young men took it upon them- selves as a scout project, to clean Lake Stella of debris in and around the lake. This took a lot of effort, from using boats, wading along the shore and properly disposing of the waste. Crescent City is better for it and I was proud to show the city’s appreciation with a presentation and certificate. Thank you, Boy Scouts of America, Troop 957!
