Big Al’s Kids Club The Big Al’s Kids Club is for children ages 12 and under. Membership costs $25 for the first child and $15 for every additional child. Broadcasts Internet: Men’s Basketball games are streamed live on TideTV. Radio: All of Men’s Basketball games are broadcast in Tuscaloosa on 95.3 FM. Cameras/Video Recorders Cameras with lenses six inches or less are allowed in Coleman Coliseum. Video Recorders are not permitted in Coleman Coliseum. Child Ticketing Policy Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter Coleman Coliseum. Code of Conduct *See Sportsmanship* Crimson Tide Sports Marketing Crimson Tide Sports Marketing (CTSM) is the multimedia rights holder for The University of Alabama Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. CTSM offers corporate customers a multitude of marketing and media sponsorship opportunities including radio, television, print, Internet, merchandise catalog, videos, special projects, game promotions, sponsorships, signage and coach endorsements. CTSM is a joint venture between Learfield Sports and ISP Sports. For more information regarding advertising opportunities, please call 205-348-9600. Disabled Services - Parking for disabled patrons is located in the East Drive Lot. Overflow disabled parking will be directed to the A-Lot. - Wheelchair ramps are available on the north and east entrances of Coleman Coliseum. - Disabled seating in sections B, C, E and F may access their seats through the north lobby elevator. Restrooms and concessions are not available on the upper disabled level. - If additional assistance is needed please contact the nearest event staff. Emergency/First Aid For any emergency at Coleman Coliseum, including medical emergencies, notify the nearest event staff or police officer. The First Aid Station is located in the Southwest corner of the concourse near section O and can be reached at 205-348-5975. Tide EMS and an ambulance unit are always on site during basketball games. Food/Beverages Outside food or beverages are prohibited, including alcoholic beverages, inside Coleman Coliseum. Concession stands are located throughout the concourse and offer a variety of food and beverages. Game Dates and Times Alabama Basketball game dates and times are subject to change. In the event that a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on www.rolltide.com. Gates Open Gates open 1 ½ hours prior to tip-off. Game Programs Game programs are available for purchase at the main entrance/north lobby of Coleman Coliseum. Lost and Found If you realize you have lost personal items during the game, please check with the nearest event staff or police officer. If you realize you have lost items after the game please contact UAPD at 348-5454. Lost Children Lost children should be reported to the nearest event staff and a PA announcement will be made as soon as possible. Lost Tickets Lost tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. Merchandise/Souvenirs Merchandise stands are located throughout the concourse of Coleman Coliseum. Noisemakers Southeastern Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside any SEC facility including Coleman Coliseum. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), thunder sticks, cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio. All of Alabama’s Men’s Basketball games are broadcast in Tuscaloosa on WFFN-FM 95.3. For radio broadcasts in other areas, please check your local listings. Re-Entry Policy There is no re-entry after exiting Coleman Coliseum. Smoking/Tobacco Policy Smoking is prohibited in Coleman Coliseum; however, those who wish to smoke must get his or her hand stamped at the south end of Coleman Coliseum and may smoke only outside in the designated area of the loading dock. Solicitation The University of Alabama does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on University of Alabama Property. Special Announcements Special Announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies. Other than birthday announcements arranged prior to the game through the Alabama marketing office, personal messages will not be announced on the public address system or scoreboard. Sportsmanship ALABAMA AND SEC FAN CODE OF CONDUCT In the spirit of sportsmanship, fans shall: Conduct themselves in a manner that represents their university, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy and respect at all times Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning Refrain from throwing objects onto the field for any reason Not become inebriated or belligerent Refrain from entering the playing surface at any times, including after the game Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect Students The Student Section is located in sections S (row 25 and up), T, U, V, W, X (row 19 and up), Floor- W, Floor-J and Floor-K. STUDENT SECTIONS FLOOR-J AND FLOOR-K ARE A STANDING AREA ONLY. THERE ARE NO ASSIGNED SEATS. Students must scan their Action Card ID at the west entrance (The side closest to the Hank Crisp Practice Facility and Sam Bailey Track Stadium.) Bama Cash is accepted at specified concession stands. Ticketing Ticket Office may be contacted at 205-348-BAMA (2262). Gates open 1 ½ hours prior to tip-off. The ticket office opens 2 hours prior to tip-off. Everyone, regardless of age must have a ticket. Player guest and recruits receive their tickets in the CM Newton Recruiting room located on the left side of the main lobby. All general public sales are located on the right side of the north/main lobby. Students scan in and enter through the west entrance. Public Will Call is located at the ticket windows on the right side of the north/main lobby. Visitor player pass is located at the ticket windows on the right side of the north/main lobby. Will Call Will Call is located on the right side of the north/main lobby and opens 2 hours before tip-off. Patrons must have a photo ID to pick up Will Call tickets. .
