2015 ITSF Table Soccer

The International Table Soccer Federation is pleased to announce the 2015 ITSF World Cup in Turin (Italy) from April 8th to 12th 2015. As part of Torino 2015 – European Capital of sport - the 8th edition of the ITSF World Cup will showcase the best table soccer players in Men, Women, Junior, Senior and Disabled categories, with an additional speed ball competition (Italian table soccer style) on the first day.

FICB (Federazione Italiana Calcio Balilla) is proud to organize this event in one of the emblematic sport arena of Turin: The PalaRuffini. A great opportunity to showcase our sport to the world with local, national and international media coverage.

During the 5 days competition, more than 500 athletes from 40 countries will compete in national and individual competitions. On top of National team events, the 2015 World Cup will also feature the 2015 World Championships, during which players will compete in Singles and Doubles events.

Denmark will defend its world title in women category while USA will try to reach a 2nd world title in a row in men category. European countries will this year have a lot of competitors with South America represented by Argentina, Peru and . Asia-Oceania will take part of this world event as well with , Japan, Kuwait, and .

The ITSF is the world governing body of table soccer. It conducts the administering and regulation of the game through its affiliated national associations/federations. The ITSF is responsible for the Rules of table soccer, as well as the technical specifications for tables. It also participates in the running and enforcement of an anti-doping program.
