This is certainly due to the efforts of our team members, who do their best to ensure that our guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay at our hotel. We believe that our team members are our greatest resource, and are happy to implement an initiative to allow them to make the most out of their precious leisure time.
We are pleased to announce the renewal of the Grand Club card. This is being distribut- ed free of charge to all Grand Hotel Excelsior team members, and will entitle the bearer to “Grand Benefits” at several outlets and various services, including restaurants, retail, health & wellness, and leisure. To avail of the discounts, advise the respective outlets upon booking and present the Grand Club card while making payment.
Please note that the following terms and conditions will apply: • Team members will be asked to sign a form confirming that their card has been issued and received. • A cost of EUR 5.00 will apply if the card is lost/ damaged and needs to be replaced. • Offers are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel management • The discount cards are valid for one year, subject to renewal at the management’s discretion • Team members are no longer entitled to the Grand Benefits upon termination of em- ployment. The Grand Club card must be returned to the HR Office upon termination, in order for the individual to receive his/her last & final payment
