Library News Harbor Beach Area District Library A Note from the Director: The days are getting longer and spring is almost here! Yay! It will soon be time to March, 2020 start thinking about a garden. If you need ideas or want to learn more about gardening, the library has a large selection of books that could help you. Check them out! NewI ns i de th is iss ue : Adult Books 2 We had a tremendous number of entries for our Lego Display/Contest. Thank you New Youth Books 2 to all of the people who entered and voted. Congrats to all the prize winners too! This event has just ended and I am already looking forward to next year’s contest. New DVDs 3 We recently started offering delivery of library materials to homebound people. If New Music CDs 3 you know anyone in need of this service, please make them aware of the fact that it is available. We also are compiling a list of volunteers who would deliver the materials to Audio Books 3 the homebound as a library representative. It interested in volunteering, please talk to 3 me. I am working on a possible plan to convert a storage area in the gym to a workout room for the public to use. While it is still in the planning phase, the Library Board is also Staff, Contact Info, & 4 eager to see this happen. Therefore, I think you will see this become a reality later this Board of Trustee List year. At this time, we are deciding what kind of equipment we should invest in, and Fun Facts 4 working out the budget. The space will need some minor renovations and paint. If you would like to share any thoughts, ideas, or questions regarding this space, please stop by my office or give me a call.
