No: 3143/Ms-VZM dated 02.07.2013. (2 years period was lapsed). Lessee got approval for 2nd mining scheme for 5 years period from 2015-16 to 2019-20. under Rule 12 (3) of MCDR 1988 as per G.O. Ms. No. 232, dated 18.04.2001, G.O. Ms. No. 1183, dated 08.06.2005 and G.O. Ms. No. 113 Industries & Commerce (M-I) department, dated 08.11.2010. The mining operations commenced from 2005-06 till 2013 and after notice for 4 credible action in 2013 they stopped the operations in October 2013.
