Orientation cum briefing of the members of the ADDP/ ADAP: An Orientation program for the newly appointed Chairman and Members of the Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel & Anti-Doping Appeal Panel was organized by NADA 19/11/2019 in NADA office. Hearing of ADRV cases by both the panel has been started. Preparation for upcoming Khelo India Youth Games 2020: Team of NADA officials headed by Sh. Navin Agarwal, DG NADA conducted a visit on 8-9 November, 2019 to Guwahati, the host city of Khelo India Youth Games to see the provision of doping control and existing facilities at various stadiums venue, where the multidisciplinary event will be held from Jan 10-22, 2020. NADA officials interacted with the officials of the Organizing Committee and discussed about the anti doping requirements for smooth implementation of dope control program during the games. Training for newly empanelled Doping Control Officers: Two days training program for newly empanelled DCOs and BCOs for the northern region was organized by NADA from 22-23 November 2019 at Kurukhshetra University, Kurukhshetra, Haryana. A total 27 nos. of DCOs/BCOs were duly briefed about the doping control program run by NADA and were imparted training as per WADA guidelines for sample collection procedure. Mass Athlete Awareness Program Against Doping in Sports NADA has been conducting anti doping awareness workshops, educational and awareness seminars about the prohibited drugs/substances and methods in sports across the country for sports persons.
