It can be used for teaching English to students who specialize in "Public Administration", "International Relations", "Political Science" as well as for improving foreign language skills of civil servants and local government officials. The textbook is designed to be used in the educational process which should last at least 144 academic hours and consist of two modules: the first – European integration, the second – Euro-Atlantic integration. For teachers, graduate and PhD students, university students, and individuals that undergo training, retraining and advanced training for civil servants and local government officials.
