Other affiliated entity where not otherwise insured. Where the Other Insured Affiliated Entities claiming indemnity under this Policy is entitled to indemnity under any other policy of insurance, the indemnity under this Policy will only apply in respect of any amount in excess of that provided by such other policy. Other Insured Entities - All players, members, coaches, officials, committee members, referees, first aid personnel, administrators and voluntary workers whilst undertaking activities in such capacity to the extent that they are not more specifically insured. - Any Principal in respect of the liability of such Principal arising out of the performance by the Insured designated above, which is above any contract or agreement for the performance of work for such principal to the extent required by such agreement. - Any incorporated or unincorporated association or organisation including their office bearers and members organised by the Insured or their employees with the consent of the Insured for the purpose of providing canteen, social, sports, welfare and or child care organisations or first aid, medical, fire or ambulance service.

The Business: Promotion, administration, development, organization and conducting of rugby league games and competitions, representative matches, sporting events and coaching courses and/or clinics, event promoter, training and accreditation of officials and players, provision of medical and other health practitioners, enforcement of rugby league statutes, regulations and laws of the game including through judicial and disciplinary committees, transportation and accommodation co-ordination services, seller of sporting merchandise, property owner and occupier, landlord tenant, venue hirer, social and fundraising activities and any other activity incidental thereto. Competitions, representative matches, sporting events and coaching courses and/or clinics include but are not limited to: • NRL and NRL W Premiership • All Representative matches, Tournaments, Competitions, Fixtures, Interclub Trial games (arranged by NRL or Club), and any other sporting event or game arranged, organized and / or conducted by the Australian Rugby League Commission Limited and / or the National Rugby League Limited (which includes but is not limited to State of Origin, Residents, State Championships, Curtain Raisers, PM XIIIs, Trans- Tasman Test, All-Stars, International games, Club Nines). • NRL - Game Development including the League Stars and other as arranged, Program and Australian Schoolboys Carnivals • ARLC / NRL Masters Rugby League • Australian Women’s Rugby League • National Indigenous Rugby League Development Program • All Representative matches, Tournaments, Competitions, Business Description – Professional Services Coaching, training and refereeing of football matches Administration, management and organisation of football club and teams Team selection and management Medical doctors/physiotherapy and similar services to players and officials and any other occupation incidental thereto Event Management
