GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA STATE (Police Department) Office of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City No.Tr.T4/1674/2019 Date: 17-04-2019 N O T I F I C A T I O N In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21(1) (b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, I, ANJANI KUMAR, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for information of the general public, that, in order to facilitate proper regulation of traffic in connection with procession of HANUMAN JAYANTHI on 19-04- 2019, the following traffic restrictions / diversions in the following zones will be made if necessary:- EAST ZONE: 1) Traffic coming from Afzalgunj, S.J bridge, Shankersher hotel, Mukthiyargunj towards Putlibowli X Road will be diverted at Gowliguda Chaman towards BSNL office lane and towards CBS side. 2) Traffic coming from Andhra Bank and Rang Mahal intending to go towards Gowliguda Chaman side will not be allowed and they will be diverted at Putlibowli X Roads towards Rangh mahal side. 3) When procession starts from Ram Mandir, traffic coming from Chaderghat X Road intending to go towards Putlibowli X Road will be diverted at Rang Mahal ‘Y’ junction towards CBS side. 4) When procession passes the Putlibowli X Road towards Andhra Bank, the traffic coming from GPO will be diverted towards M.J Market at G.P.O Abids junction in the limits of Traffic P.S Abids . 5) When the procession reaches Andhra Bank junction koti, the traffic coming from Chaderghat X road towards Andhra Bank side will be diverted at D M & H.S junction towards Sultan Bazar X road side. 6) When procession reaches Kachiguda X Road, the traffic coming from Kachiguda Railway station will be diverted towards Badichowdi at Tourist Hotel junction towards Barkatpura in the limits of Traffic PS Kachiguda . 7) Traffic coming from Barkatpura Chaman will not be allowed towards YMCA Circle and will be diverted at Old Post Office X Road towards Crown Café and Kachiguda x road, When the procession reaches at Ram Koti X Road. CENTRAL ZONE: 8) Traffic coming from Azamabad will be diverted towards Crown Café at VST X Road, When the procession reaches at YMCA X roads, Narayanguda. 9) Traffic coming from Musheerabad x road will be diverted towards Ramnagar T Junction at Metro Café, When the procession reaches at YMCA X roads, Narayanguda. 10) Traffic coming from Himayatngar Y Junction towards Narayanguda x road will be diverted at H.P. Petrol Pump towards straight on Narayanguda fly over, When the procession reaches at Kachiguda X road. No traffic will be allowed towards Narayanguda x road 11) Traffic coming from Crown Café towards Narayanguda x road will be diverted straight on Narayanguda fly over, When the procession reaches at Kachiguda X road. No traffic will be allowed under the Narayanguda fly over towards Himayathnagar Y Junction. 12) Traffic Coming from King koti and Old MsLA Qtrs will not be allowed towards YMCA Circle and will be diverted at Cemetery towards Eden Gardens, When the procession reaches at Ram Koti X Road. Page 1 of 4 13) Traffic Coming from Karbala Maidan will not be allowed towards Kavadiguda X Roads and will be diverted towards Children Park at Sailing Club T Junction, When the procession reaches at Bakaram Bridge. 14) Traffic coming from Lower Tankbund (From Kattamaisamma) will be diverted towards Upper Tankbund at D.B.R.Mills, When the procession reaches at Bakaram Bridge. 15) Traffic coming from Musheerabad x road will not be allowed towards Kawadiguda and will be diverted towards Gandhinagar at Praga Tools T Junction, When the procession reaches at Bakaram Bridge. 16) Traffic coming from King Koti will be diverted at Boggulkunta X Road towards Bata X Road, Abids, when the procession reaches at Balaji Tiffin Centre. 17) Traffic coming from Iqbal Minar towards Telugu Tally Fly over will be closed, when the procession reaches at Sudha Hotel, Chikkadpally and will be diverted towards Abedker Statue. 18) Traffic coming from Indra Park will not be allowed towards Ashok Nagar and will be diverted towards Gagan Mahal or Bandamaisamma, NORTH ZONE: 19) When the Main procession enters R.P. Road, the traffic coming from Karbala Maidan towards R.P. Road will be diverted at Karbala maidan X road towards M.G. road Ranigunj side. 20) Traffic will not be allowed towards Advaiah X Roads. 21) RTC Buses coming from Tankbund towards Bible House will be diverted at Karbala Maidan towards Ranigunj and Ministers Road. 22) Traffic coming from Tivoli X Roads towards Balamrai will be diverted at NCC X Roads, Narne Estate. 23) Traffic coming from CTO x Road towards Balamrai will be diverted at Lee Royal Palace towards Brooke Bond x road –Imperial Garden and Mastan Café. 24) Traffic coming from NCC X Roads towards Diamond Point will be diverted at Narne Estate Point towards Karkhana Basthi. 25) Traffic coming from Bapuji Nagar towards Tadban will be diverted at Centre Point towards Diamond Point – Karkhana. 26) Traffic coming from Medchal towards Secunderabad will be diverted at Safe Express towards - Bapuji Nagar - Bowenpally Market. 27) Traffic coming from Balnagar towards Secunderabad will be diverted at Bowenpally X Roads towards Safe Express - Bapuji Nagar - Bowenpally Market. All citizens are requested to take note of above procession route and plan their movements accordingly and co-operate with the Hyderabad Traffic Police. Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. Page 2 of 4 CRICKET BETTING RACKET BUSTED – TWO PERSONS HELD SEIZED NET CASH OF Rs. 1,70,200/-, 02-CELL PHONES. On credible information, Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad busted cricket betting racket and arrested the accused persons namely 1) Mahesh Singh ( Bookie) and 2) M. Sai Kiran Yadav (Collection boy) and seized net cash of Rs. 1,70,200/-, 02-cell phones at the instance of accused persons and Prime accused Sudesh Singh @ Laddu is absconding. Names of the accused persons:- 1) Sudesh Singh aged: 35 yrs R/o. Jiyaguda, Hyderabad 2) Mahesh Singh aged: 33 yrs, occ: Electrical shop R/o. Dhorbasthi, Jiyaguda, Hyderabad. 3) M. Sai Kiran Yadav aged: 28 yrs, occ: Milk business R/o Jiyaguda, Hyderabad Seized Property:- Cash of Rs. 1,70,200/- 02-cell phones. Brief facts of the case:- The Prime accused Sudesh Singh @ Laddu is a native of Jiyaguda, Hyderabad. He resorted to collecting cricket bettings to make easy and quick money and worked with his cousin Mahesh Singh. During IPL -2019 i.e. Sunrisers Vs Chennai Super Kings, the accused Mahesh Singh and another main bookie Sudesh Singh @ Laddu are receiving calls from the punters and collecting the betting amounts with the assistance of one collection boy by name Sai Kiran Yadav. On 17-04-2018, on a tip off that the accused persons are collecting huge betting amounts from punters in connection with the IPL Cricket match between Sunrisers Vs Chennai Super Kings, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad apprehended the accused persons at Tinki Bar, Jiyaguda while the collection boy Sai Kiran Yadav handing over the cricket betting collection to Mahesh Singh and seized net cash of Rs. 1,70,200/-, and 02-cell phones at the instance of accused persons. Prime accused Sudesh Singh @ Laddu is absconding. The accused persons along with seized property handed over to SHO Kulsumpura P.S. for taking further action against them. The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. S. Chaitanya Kumar, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by K. Madhu Mohan Reddy, Inspector of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad and SIs S/Sri. V. Narender, N.Srishylam , KN Prasad Varma, and Mohd Thakiuddin along with the staff. S. Chaitanya Kumar Addl. Dy. Page 3 of 4 PRESS NOTE On 1.4.2019, 100 dial call was received at Bowenpally P.S. from a person named Nagamalla Venkatesh stating that he has been kidnapped. Immediately, Patrol Car -1 was assigned to attend the 100 dial location. Immediately, the Patrol Car -1 personnel staff reached the spot and found about 7 to 8 persons at that particular location. Also of these 7 to 8 persons the Patrol car staff identified two persons known to Bowenpally Police i.e. the Caller Nagamalla Venkatesh and Ramesh Gardas. The Patrol staff could identify them as both Ramesh Gardas and Nagamalla Venkatesh are accused in 10 and 8 criminal cases related to crypto currency respectively. On enquiry the caller Nagamalla Venkatesh informed the patrol staff that he was kidnapped by five persons who were also present at the spot. On questioning those five persons by the Patrol Car staff they stated that they are residents of Karim Nagar District and Nagamalla Venkatesh had cheated them and more than 100-other residents of Karim Nagar by taking crores of money with respect to crypto currency and today Nagamalla Venkatesh himself had called them to come from Karim Nagar to his house to pay back the cheated amount. After coming to Hyderabad Nagamalla Venkatesh stated that his friend would be paying the money and brought them all to the residence of Ramesh Gardas who in turn has cheated many other people in terms with respect to crypto currency. On understanding that the matter pertains to criminal cases already registered with Bowenpally P.S. the Patrol Car staff requested all of them to come to Bowenpally P.S. to report the matter to SHO Bowenpally. When all the above referred persons came to Bowenpally P.S. and the SHO Bowenpally was not available in the P.S. as he was attending to another duty in his jurisdiction.

August, 3rd, 1985 is a land mark in the annals of the Legislature of Anohra Pradesh on which day the Prime Minister, Sri Rajiv Gandhi inaugu­ rated the Andhra Pradesh Legislacure Build­ ings. The newly constructed Assembly Build­ ing of Andhra Pradesh is located in a place adorned by thick vegitation pervading with peaceful atmosphere with all its scenic beauty. It acquires new dimensions of beauty, elegance and modernity with its gorgeous and splen­ did constructions, arches, designs, pillars of various dImensions, domes etc. Foundation stone for this new Legislature Building was laid by the then Chief Minister, Dr. M. Chenna Reddy on 19th March, 1980. The archilecture adopted for the exterior devation to the new building is the same as that of the old building, leaving no scope for differentiation between the two building~. The provision of detached round long columns under the arches add more beauty to the building. The building contains modern amenities such as air-connitioning, interior decoration and reinforced sound system. There is a provision for the use of modc:rn sophisticated electronic equipment for providing audio-system.

Details of the accused arrested: Nanda Kusaraju @ Raju @ Nanda Gopal S/o Late. N. Suri Babu, age: 29 yrs, Occ: Male Caregiver, Caste: BC-Kapu, R/o. Near Sundaraiah park, ATM Lane, Bahglingampally, Hyderabad. N/o. H. No: 1-120, Ramanayyapeta (V), Yeleswaram (M), East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh State. BRIEF HISTORY OF THE ACCUSED: The accused person is native of Ramanayyapeta (V), Yeleswaram (M), East Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh State. He completed his 10th class in the year 2009 and joined as helper in construction field for 7 years, and he migrated to Hyderabad for better livelihood. He worked as daily wage laborer for 2 years at Hyderabad. After that with a view to conceal his real identity he got changed his name as Nanda Gopal in an Aadhar card. In the month of February 2018 by seeing “paper add” he joined as a male care taker at plot No. 205, Gokuldham Apartment, Barkatpura, Kachiguda, Hyderabad by submitting his fake Aadhar card as Nanda Gopal by suppressing his original identity and also changed his Honda Activa vehicle number as TS09EK7035 instead of TS10ANTR6408 (Temporary Registration Number) to take care of Paralytic Dr.
