Frank Robinson, Ph.D. Marshall Eakin, Ph.D. To my parents, Jay and Nancy, for their endless love and support ii ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS First and foremost, I must express my appreciation and gratitude to the Grandmoth- ers of the Plaza de Mayo. In particular, I would like to thank Frank Robinson, who not only guided me throughout this project but also helped inspire me to pursue this field of study beginning my freshman year.
