The Product Group shall have the first opportunity to informally resolve any disputes arising among Party Lotteries and Licensee Lotteries regarding the Product Group, rules, policies, or guidelines. The Selling Lottery seeking resolution of a dispute shall seek a remedy from the Product Group by filing a notice of dispute with the Product Group. Filing shall be done by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the Executive Director.
