Government notice 2016 / 01

I Fon Fongum Gorji-Dinka Head of State, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Ambazonian Constitution do hereby issue the following ordinance.

In view of the fact that the International Court of Justice judgment ordered and Cameroun to withdraw to their territorial boundaries as obtained at independence, in pursuance of which the United Nations Secretary General HE Kofi Annan flew to Cameroun and got President to sign the United Nations Bakassi Accord saying “I President Paul Biya of the Republic of , in a bid to provide lasting peace to the Bakassi conflict, do hereby commit myself and my government to respect the territorial boundaries of my country as obtained at its independence.

1

In view of the fact that International law experts are agreed that this constitutes full recognition of AMBAZONIA as sovereign nation.

In view of the fact that a few weeks later the Human Rights Council of the United Nations ruled that " As a result of the subjugation of Ambazonians by the Franco-Cameroun armed forces and militia groups riots broke out prompting Parliament to enact restoration law 84/01 which dissolved the illegal union of the two countries. See ICCPR/1134/2002 Fongum Gorji-Dinka Vs Cameroun.

In view of the fact that this means the United Nations recognises our country as AMBAZONIA and not Anglophone Cameroun.

In view of the fact that the United Nations followed up by getting UN surveyors go and spend months rebuilding huge pillars along the international boundary line separating Cameroun and Nigeria from Ambazonia.

In view of the fact that during Cameroun's 50th independence anniversary celebration in 2010, the UN General Assembly President handed to Cameroun President Biya, in plain view of all Heads of States and Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Cameroun, a United Nations souvenir consisting of two framed maps, the one for Ambazonia and the other for Cameroun.

In view of the fact that this was to dramatize (i) that international law and the United Nations recognise Ambazonia as a sovereign nation; (ii) that Cameroun occupation of Ambazonia is violating the UN Charter article 2 paragraph 4 and (iii) that this is an act of continuing aggression , entitling Ambazonia either alone or with the assistance of other law abiding nations or NGO's or mercenaries to use force to flush Cameroun out of Ambazonia.

In view of the fact that as soon as Ambazonian youths started lobbying for mercenaries, the Ambazonian Head of State enlisted the three most eminent Cameroun personalities , namely the President of Cameroun Senate and that of the National Assembly, plus the Cameroun Prime Minister, to jointly deliver a request which he made through them to Cameroun President Biya, to issue a decree withdrawing all elements of Cameroun administration from Ambazonia, so as to avoid plunging this area into a bloodletting encounter for decades.

2

In view of the fact that President Paul Biya argues that it is for Ambazonian MPs and Senators to stay away from Cameroun Parliament, because if he bans them from Cameroun Parliament Human Rights lawyers will accuse him of ethnic cleansing.

In view of the fact that Ambazonian MPs and Senators have accordingly decided to quit Cameroun Parliament in compliance with the United Nations Bakassi Accord.

Citation This ordinance may be cited as United Nations Bakassi Accord (implementation) Ordinance

Article 1 In compliance with the United Nations Bakassi Accord Ambazonian MPs and Senators are to resign from Cameroun Parliament with effect from 15th December 2016.

Article 2 As Ambazonia's reward for their patriotic action each shall automatically become a Member of the future Ambazonian Parliament for the rest of his life.

Issued under my hand and signet this 16th day of November 2016
