Cassettes and CDs have come and gone, digital downloads had their heyday, concerts have become multi-media events, and conglomerates have formed. In the midst of industry upheaval, we’ve continued to be the heart of our communities, offering not only world-class live entertainment but a constant gathering place for friends and families. Home is where your heart is. We’re pleased to welcome back many performers who consider our venues not just a stop on tour but a home away from home. Lee Brice, Melissa Etheridge, Jake Owen, Boz Scaggs are just a few of the many returning performers under the tents this summer. We hope to become a summer home to some of the new faces of the 2018 season including Chris Janson, Little River Band and Peter Cetera. We’d like to thank our patrons for keeping their money where their heart is. You’ve made an investment in both a wonderful night out and in your community. We use proceeds from ticket sales to support non-profit arts and education organizations throughout Cape Cod and the South Shore. Local art and music classes, neighborhood sports teams and town libraries flourish because of you. In recent years, we’ve donated over $4 million. Thank you for embracing what makes our communities unique and supporting independent arts organizations. When you shop local you nurture community. Our success is ensured by the many loyal members of our Inner Circle and Gold Circle Clubs. Our club members join for great benefits including ticket discounts, the opportunity to purchase tickets first, and white-glove treatment by our cheerful box office staff. They stay for the world class entertainment and the memories they make with friends and family. Check in at the box office or on our websites for additional details about joining us for the 2019 season. Sincerely, Vincent G. Records/Warner Music Nashville country artist Chris Janson was born to entertain crowds. He just released his new “heart-piercing ballad” (People) “Drunk Girl” to country radio and it is already drawing praise from fans and critics alike. In November he earned his second No. 1 single with the summer anthem “Fix A Drink” from his sophomore album Everybody. In 2015, Janson’s breakthrough No. 1 Platinum single “Buy Me A Boat” was the 7th bestselling country song of the year. “Twenty-one year old, multi-faceted artist Danielle Bradbery steps out and into her own with new leading track, “Sway,” marking a new sound for Bradbery that infuses her pop, R&B, soul and country influences. Penned herself with co-writers Johan Fransson and Emily Weisband, this will be the first project where Bradbery has gotten to play a role in writing her songs, allowing her to find her own voice and share her own story. Dubbed as one of Rolling Stone’s “Artists You Need To Know,” citing she’s “an Arkansas red-clay badass, with the swagger of Hank Jr. and the songwriting of Miranda Lambert,” McBryde fearlessly lays it all on the line, and it’s that honest all-in approach that has led to NPR critic Ann Powers to ask if McBryde could be “among the first post-Stapleton country stars?” McBryde’s album will showcase an artistic vision that will prove her to be one of the genre’s keenest working storytellers, bringing unwavering honesty back into a pop-preoccupied genre.
