    What’s New in Kentucky Arts & Culture Art project honors enslaved people – A new art installation in Louisville, “On The Banks of Freedom,” honors the lives of enslaved people in Kentucky. It overlooks the Ohio River and features poems, footprints and names of enslaved Kentuckians engraved in the ground and on benches.
