We are seeking a Hospitality Front of House Assistant Manager to work within the Wedgwood Tea Room, Wedgwood Tea Emporium and Dining Hall located at the World of Wedgwood, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.

Reporting to the Hospitality Front of House Manager, you will assist (and deputise in their absence) in leading and inspiring the hospitality front of house team to optimise sales and profit potential, focussing on achieving budgets and a positive P&L. You will ensure that guests are welcomed and receive an exceptional service, creating an outstanding and luxurious customer experience.

To be a successful Hospitality Front of House Assistant Manager you will: • have previous experience of working in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably within a 4/5 star environment • motivate and coach the team to achieve and exceed business targets, maximising sales and profitability • have flair and passion for delivering exceptional service and working with quality products • exude warmth and charm in order to engage and build a rapport with guests • possess outstanding attention to detail • have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team • be well presented with a ‘can-do’ attitude

An extensive range of Wedgwood blend and speciality teas are on offer so a good knowledge of tea would be a significant advantage, however full tea training will be provided.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, to include weekend working on a rota basis (evening work is required on occasion by prior arrangement).
