Softmaker Freeoffice Herramientas de gestión de documentos SOFTMAKER FREEOFFICE FREEOFFICE es una herramienta de gestión de documentos es decir una suite ofimática que incluye un procesador de textos, una aplicación de hojas de cálculo y un programa de presentaciones, todos ellos compatibles con las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office. Además, es una de las principales suites ofimáticas totalmente gratuita que todo el mundo puede tener es la versión gratuita de SOFTMARKER OFIFICE y compatible con los documentos de MS Office que busca abrirse un hueco entre los usuarios. Tras conocer de se trata este programa además de conocer parte de sus funciones nos enseñó que puede servirnos mucho para facilitar nuestro trabajo. HISTORIA Esta suite ya existe desde 1987, en este año que cuando se fundó la compañía alemana, SOFTMAKER SOFTWAREGMBH. SOFTMAKER Office 2006 y 2008, estaban disponibles anteriormente para su compra; luego fue publicada una versión freeware, que se llamó posteriormente SOFTMAKER FREEOFFICE. Lleva desarrollando software ofimático o software de oficina: procesador de textos (TEXTMAKER), programas de hojas de cálculo (PLANMAKER), software de gráficos para presentaciones (SOFTMAKER PRESENTATIONS) y software para bases de datos (DATAMAKER). SoftMaker Office, el producto insignia, está disponible para una amplia gama de sistemas operativos: Windows, Linux, Android, Windows Mobile, SO Android de google y Windows CE. Características SOFTMAKER FREEOFFICE tiene muchas funciones de suites ofimáticas como Microsoft Office, LIBREOFFICE o WordPerfect Office, y también se puede ejecutar desde una memoria USB y es compatible con los trabajos de referencia integrados. Tiene sus propios formatos nativos, y puede leer y escribir formatos de archivo de Microsoft Office, OPENDOCUMENT (procesador de textos solamente), RTF y HTML. Puede exportar a PDF. Todas estas funciones que caracterizan a SOFMARKER FREEOFFECE nos muestra todas las ventajas que tiene que podemos ejecutar en nuestro trabajo. La interfaz de usuario por defecto es del estilo RIBBON, similar a la que se utiliza en Microsoft Office. Sin embargo, existe una función para poder cambiar el estilo de la interfaz a la apariencia clásica, usando botones y menús en lugar de pestañas. Vemos que 2 esta suite es muy útil para realizar trabajos en las oficinas y puedo notar que las funciones que tiene nos permite llevar a cabo una excelente labor ya que esta suite tiene todo lo que necesitamos para laborar de manera correcta. Por su parte, FreeOffice soporta ahora los formatos de documentos de Word 2019, Excel 2019 y PowerPoint 2019; se ha añadido un pincel de formato que puede ser usado desde el teclado mediante la selección de texto, pulsando Ctrl +Shift +C para copiar el formato y pegándolo mediante la combinación de teclas Ctrl+Shift+V; gracias a la inclusión de menús clásicos, ahora TextMaker, PlanMaker y Presentaciones ofrecen nuevas barras de herramientas con disposiciones más lógicas; la característica de arrastrar y soltar una inserción o un carácter ha sido actualizada para ofrecer más caracteres tipográficos; soporte para arrastrar fotos de Apple Photos en TextMaker, PlanMaker y Presentations; cambiar entre pestañas de ribbon usando las combinaciones de teclas Ctrl+F12 y Ctrl+Shift+F12; además de otras muchas cosas que pueden ser vistas desde la lista oficial de cambios. SoftMaker Office y FreeOffice son dos de las alternativas más sólidas que hay para Microsoft Office, ofreciendo además un buen soporte multiplataforma al abarcar Windows, Mac y GNU/Linux. Sin embargo, tienen una gran pega, y es que al contrario de LibreOffice y ONLYOFFICE, son soluciones privativas, por lo que sus códigos fuentes no están disponibles. Tanto SoftMaker Office como FreeOffice pueden ser obtenidos desde sus respectivos sitios web oficiales, ofreciendo instaladores Deb y RPM para facilitar la instalación y mejorar la compatibilidad e integración con las distribuciones más usadas. Ya podrían otros llegar a ese nivel. Al conocer todo lo que lo caracteriza sin duda nos da la confianza y certeza que podemos obtener buenos resultados al usar softmaker freeoffice. COMPATIBILIDAD ABSOLUTA DE SOFTMAKER FREEOFFICE Aplicaciones con las que es compatible la suite ofimática. 3 Formas de uso: FreeOffice es un software gratuito y en castellano que clona por completo la interfaz del programa Microsoft Office. El aspecto es idéntico al de la suite de ofimática, por lo que viene específicamente preparado para que los usuarios que se acaban de cambiar no tengan que aprender desde cero a manejar el programa. En lo que respecta a funcionalidades, tiene poco que envidiar a otros programas parecidos a Word y Office, ya que no sólo permite hacer exactamente lo mismo, sino que es compatible con prácticamente todos los formatos de archivos, sino que puede abrir archivos de Word, Libre Office e incluso otros un poco más complejos como E pub de libros electrónicos. Lo cual nos es muy práctico y fácil al realizar nuestros trabajos o proyectos que tengamos. Un programa bastante completo, ideal para aquellos que buscan una alternativa gratis a Microsoft Office sin que la interfaz parezca antigua o poco funcional. Está disponible para Windows, Linux y Android, aunque no para macOS. Lo puedes bajar gratis directamente desde su página web, aunque primero debes registrarte con tu correo electrónico ya es que allí a donde te enviarán la clave para activar el producto una vez instalado. Así que no tenemos nada que perder al utilizar este programa que es muy útil e incluso tener la compatibilidad con las aplicaciones que tenemos e usamos nos provee más funciones prácticas para usar. Conclusión: Tras investigar más sobre esta herramienta de gestión de documentos puedo concluir diciendo que es muy favorable y ventajoso ya que nos ayudara a obtener excelentes resultados a la hora de llevar acabo nuestro trabajo ya que nos facilita en el momento que redactamos nuestros documentos 4 .
