Refuse collection All bin collections will operate as normal over the holiday period. Please note: if there is snowfall during the holiday period, bins should remain out for collection. The Council will make every effort to empty bins, but some households may have to wait until a thaw sets in and roads can be accessed safely. Council Offices & Venues The Council Offices at The Grange and the Townhall, Intec Centre, Public Services Centre, Lisnamallard House, the Planning, Building Control and Licensing offices at 16 High Street, Omagh and the Planning office at County Buildings Enniskillen, and CKS, Hospital Road, Strathroy and West End Community Centres, will be closed on Monday 19 March and re-open on Tuesday 20 March.
