I'm going to attempt to convince you that Kyle Sloter is one of the five best QB prospects in the 2017 NFL Draft. Quite frankly, I think we could have been arguing for him as the top prospect had things turned out differently early in his bizarre college career (more detail on that in a moment). I do believe he has that kind of talent.
