But Bates is just 33 years age. As a result the average NFL experience of Carroll?¡¥s 20-man coaching staff is six.three years, well under the eight.two average of Jim Mora?¡¥s 2009 staff and the 10.9 years of average experience on Mike Holmgren?¡¥s final crew surrounded 2008.
