WEATHER Tampa is located on the west coast of Florida. The Bay Area refers to the cities of Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Sarasota Manatee.

Summer months can be very bright and hot with high temperatures in the mid-90s °F (around +34 °C) and low temperatures in the mid-70s °F (around 24 °C). Fall tends to be warm with calm breezes. Spring in the Tampa area brings rain. Most often, winter highs are near 70 °F (21 °C).

Getting Around Campus Ride Shares Students living off campus typically use the USF Bull Runner Ride share apps are a convenient way to get around the city bus line or the Tampa community bus line to commute to and can be cheaper than taxis. These apps are available for campus.
