1.17 What is the difference between laser-assisted focus and dual rear camera focus? How do the two work together? The dual rear cameras measure distance according to the content of the image by calculating the distance between the object and the cameras. 1.18 Both the Huawei P9 and 6 Plus have dual rear cameras. What improvements have been made in the dual camera focus and photo capture speed of the P9 compared to the ? To bring you the best possible photo taking experience, the Huawei P9 features laser-assisted focus, which improves the photo capture speed at short shooting distances. Laser-assisted focus will be turned off momentarily during photo capture to avoid affecting the shot. When you take a photo, normally there will not be red marks. Other current products in the industry that use laser-assisted focus all exhibit this phenomenon.
