• To apprise themselves w.th the contents Of the Joining Instructions available on the MPSJA website www.mDsia.aov.in & www.mDsia.mDhc.qov.in and observe the Sane. To attend the Course in prescribed uniform i.e. Black coat, white shirt, grey trousers and black tie in the case of men and white saree and blouse with black coat in the case of ladies.

• The participants to bring the records one copy each Of the following, if passed/

prepared by them regarding the task entrusted to them during their Third Phase Field Trainino :

(i) Judgments in civil and criminal cases (preferably, contested);

(ii) Issues;

(iii) Chargeand

(iv) Examination of accused;

(v) The notes prepared by them during Third phase practical Exercise; and

(vi) Notes prepared by them during programmes under the aegis Of District Legal Services Authority, attended/ conducted by them.

• The participants shall send legal problems which they want to be addressed during the Course to the Academy either by fax (No. 0761-2628679) or email at [email protected] sufficiently in advance.
