This deliverable first presents an overview of existing efforts that have so far been introduced for the monitoring of Open Science, then provides the vision of the EOSCpilot for such a framework, and proceeds with the details on the methodology, the modelling concepts, the goals, the metrics and the necessary processes for its implementation.
