Whereas a Notification has been received from the Additional Chief Secretary @evenue) vide No. Rev.Stamp(F)6-l/2009-II dated 12-0T-20T6 for calculation/fixation of circle rates in each muhal of the district.

And whereas, proposals for revision of market rates of land for the financial year 20I7-I8 were invited from all the Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar which were duly considered as per the Notification No. Rev.Stamp(F)6-l/2009-ll dated 12-01-2016 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

Therefore, after consideration of the said proposals, I Yunus, IAS, District Collector, Kullu District, Kullu in exercise of powers conferred upon me vide notification No. Rev. Stamp(F)6-112009-II dated 12-01-2016 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2 do hereby notify the Market Rates of land on muhal basis as recommended by concerned TehsildarsAlaib Tehsildars in respect of District Kullu for the purpose of transaction of all kinds of land as per Annexure-A for the year 2017 -I8 which will be applicable w.e.f. 05.04.2017 to 31.03.2018. / / (Yunus) IAS District Collector, Kullu District Kullu, HP.
