We will be getting wet, and dirty – think old, robust clothing and leave your best clothes at home. Do not bring extra food, confectionery, iPods, iPads computer games or mobile phones - such items will be placed in protective custody until we get back.

Medication: • Students with anaphylaxis must provide two of their own epi-pens. If you normally keep an epi- pen at school, please collect it from storage on the Tuesday afternoon before your programme so you can pack it. • Asthmatics must bring medication and a spacer if using any aerosol inhalers. • If you are taking any other medication (prescribed or over the counter), please place in a zip lock bag labelled with your name, name of drug and dosage required, and hand to your group leader when you get to programme. Please also include and extra daily dose of all medications as a spare.

If you pack everything on this list, you will be well prepared for the conditions. We must stress that good quality poly fibre or wool thermals and good quality rain gear are essential.
